Orders placed on smilezstudio.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that the prices listed for product costs on our website do not include taxes or duties, except for orders that are fulfilled within the EU where these costs are included.

For US customers, import duties may apply if products are shipped from international locations. Products shipped domestically within the US will not incur import duties.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund. To initiate the refund process, please email us at returns@smilezstudio.com with "Refund Request" and your order number in the subject line. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for your return for internal use and improvement; this will not affect the refund process. Once your refund request is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days, though they may appear as pending for up to 2 business days. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for any items purchased on sale.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY-COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
